In order to study color spinning technique, description is done to the quality reuirement of color spun yarn and plain spun yarn. The style secret of the the product with color spun yarn is unveiled from the processes including clearing, blending and carding. And more, analysis is done to the double carding and double blending carding processes in the color spinning pro- duction. It is pointed out that color spinning study should start with the integration of color knowledge and spinning technology. The special color style mystery of color spinning product should be unveiled using visual spatial mixing theory. The special processes such as the double carding and blended carding come into being from pratice,which supplies the extension possibility of further development of spinning equipments and accessories.
