摘要
为了明确氯化物基活性剂对AZ91变形镁合金TIG焊接头成形及组织性能的影响,采用MgCl_2、CdCl_2、NiCl_2、CaCl_2作为活性剂,研究A-TIG焊后,不同组元状态下镁合金焊接接头的熔深、熔宽、金相组织及性能。结果表明:涂敷单一活性剂时,在最佳涂敷量下,焊缝的熔深都有所增加,其中NiCl_2增加熔深的效果最为明显,是无活性剂时的3.14倍;在最佳单一活性剂和最佳配方复合活性剂状态下,焊缝的硬度波动不大,微观相组成无变化。
MgCl2, CdCl2, NiCl2 and CaCl2 were selected as activating fluxes for A-TIG welding and the weld penetration, width, microstructure, properties of the welded joint under different activating fluxes were analyzed to confirm the effects of chlorine based activating fluxes on the morphology and properties of welded joint of AZ91 Mg alloy. The results indicate that the weld penetration increases under single activating flux in the best coating amount. The optimal value can be obtained when single NiCI2 is used, and the weld penetration is 3.14 times higher than non-active agent's. The hardness and mierostructure are not affected by the best single and mixed activating fluxes.
