摘要
对φ19 mm实心硬质合金(YG6C)/钢(16Mn)复合螺柱与低合金高强钢(16Mn)的螺柱焊焊接工艺进行了研究。通过焊接接头外观成形检测、光学显微镜观察、硬度测量等,研究了焊接电流和焊接时间对接头外观成形及组织性能的影响。试验表明,焊接电流和焊接时间对接头外观成形及组织性能有着显著影响。当焊接电流为2038 A、焊接时间为0.80 s时,接头外观成形美观,复合螺柱焊脚沿螺柱根部外侧360°方向上分布均匀,焊脚包络连续、饱满,对复合螺柱的外部加强作用充分,焊缝截面中基本无气孔等缺陷的生成。接头处的显微组织主要是块状铁素体和珠光体,在过热区的平均晶粒尺寸为7~8级,过热区中有少量魏氏组织铁素体存在。
The stud welding process of solid compound stud with diameter of 19mm with hard alloy YG6C and 16Mn steel was studied. The effects of welding current and welding time on the joint appearance forming and microstructure of the welded joint were studied by joint appearance forming detection, optical microscopic, hardness meter. The results indicate that the influence of welding current and welding time on joint appearance forming and microstructure is obvious. At 2038A, with 0.8s welding time, the joint appearance forming is perfect and the fillet weld leg distributes evenly along the direction of 360° outside the root segment of stud. Besides, the envelope of the fillet weld leg is continuous full and the effect of outside strengthen on compound stud is obvious. Nearly no stomatal appears in welding cross section. The grain size level in over-heating zone of welded joint lies between 7.0 and 8.0 and the microstructure of the welded joint is ferrite cube and pearlite cube. Besides, a few widmanstatten structure exists in over-heating zone of welded joint.
