摘要
为了提高铸造模具设计的工作效率,应用ProE软件实现铸造模具的三维设计。以汽缸体铸造模具三维设计为例,通过ProE软件实现零件铸造工艺设计,并根据三维模型改进铸造工艺,最终得到模具铸造的三维实体模型,明确了ProE软件在汽缸体铸造模具三维设计中的应用价值。
In order to improve the work efficiency of casting die design, 3D casting mould design can be realized by using ProE software. Taking cylinder casting mould 3D design as an example, through ProE software, the parts casting process design was carried out, and according to 3D model, the casting process was improved, which could result in mold casting of the three-dimensional entity model. Then, the design value of ProE software used in the application of cylinder block casting mould 3D was cleared.
