摘要
采用试验研究与计算机工艺仿真相结合的方法,对圆柱齿轮闭式温锻成形过程中影响其成形效果的因素——模具结构进行研究,分析模具结构对齿轮成形的影响。结果表明,冲孔连皮设置在齿轮中心孔的中间部位能减小成形时的载荷,而且所受应变也更加均匀。这有利于齿轮成形,可用来指导模具的设计。
The factors (die structure) influencing the forming effect of cylindrical gear in closed warm forging process were studied by using the combining method of experimental research and computer simulation. The influence of die structure on the gear forming was analyzed. The results show that punching peel of the gear in the middle part of center hole can reduce the forming load, and the strain is more uniform. This is conducive to the gear forming, and it can be used to guide the design of the die.
