摘要
建立了楔横轧多楔成形铝合金轴的有限元模型,并基于Deform有限元软件对轧制过程进行了仿真。分析了铝合金轧件主楔和侧楔均处于展宽段时典型纵截面和横截面的应力、应变变化情况,获得了展宽段内部应力应变的变化特点和金属的流动规律。结果对铝合金多楔楔横轧模具的设计及参数选择能提供理论依据。
The finite element model with multi-wedge cross wedge rolling forming aluminum alloy shaft was established, and the rolling process was simulated based on Deform finite element software. The variation of stress and strain on typical longitudinal section and cross section of aluminum alloy shaft was analyzed when main wedge and side wedge are in stretching segment. The change characteristics of the stress and strain in interior of the rolled piece and stretching segment were acquired. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and parameter selection of dies of aluminum alloy shaft with multi-wedge cross wedge rolling.
