摘要 通过热电偶测量了加热中的轧辊温度及轧制镁合金板材中心温度,并观察了不同轧制条件下的AZ31镁合金显微组织。以此为基础利用数值模拟的方法研究了轧制工艺参数(轧制速度、不同来料厚度、轧辊直径)对轧件表面及心部温度的影响,探讨了采用隧道加热炉预热轧制后温度对组织的影响,为镁合金轧制实验及生产中温度的控制提供依据。 The roller temperature in heating and central temperature of heated magnesium alloy sheet were measured by using thermocouple. And the microstructures of AZ31 magnesium alloys under different rolling conditions were observed. On the basis of this, the influences of rolling process parameters (rolling speed, the different thicknesses of materials and roll diameter) on the sheet surface and center temperature were studied by using the numerical simulation method.The influence of temperature on the microstructure was explored by using the tunnel furnace preheating after rolling, which provides a basis for controlling temperature of magnesium alloy in rolling experiment and production.
