斜齿轮冷精密成形工艺数值模拟及实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了降低斜齿轮精密成形力,利用了分流理论,提出了斜齿轮精密成形新工艺,并用有限元软件Deform-3D对成形过程进行了数值模拟分析和优化。对最优工艺进行了实验验证,实验结果与模拟结果基本吻合,从而为斜齿轮精密成形工艺的实用化提供一定的理论依据。 In order to decrease accurate forming force of helical gear, the theory of divided flow was used. New process of precision forming for helical gear was presented. And numerical simulation analysis and optimization of the forming process were carried out by using the FE software Deform-3D. The optimal process was verified by experiment. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results, which provide a theoretical basis for the practicality of precision forming process of helical gear.
