摘要
以透平叶片常用的2Cr13马氏体不锈钢为基底材料,以Ni基合金粉末为熔覆材料进行了激光熔覆试验。获取了不同激光功率下的熔覆层,并对熔覆层表面的裂纹分布特性进行了分析。结果表明,Ni基合金粉末能有效改善熔覆层的裂纹率。随激光功率的增大,熔覆层的裂纹率逐渐降低,裂纹的宽度也随之变小。
The Ni based alloy powder was cladded on the surface of base material (2Cr13) used in the turbine blades by laser cladding. The cladding layer under different laser powers can be obtained, and the characteristic of the distribution of the crack on cladding layer surface was analyzed. The results show that the crack ratio of the laser cladding layer improves by Ni based alloy powder. The crack ratio of the cladding layer decreases gradually with the increase of laser power. In the mean time, the width of the crack decreases.
