摘要
采用微波烧结制备钴基功能涂层,运用扫描电镜对烧结样品进行显微组织观察,并对材料的致密度进行测试。结果表明,烧结温度1150℃,保温40 min时,得到组织和性能优良的功能涂层。
Co matrix function coating was prepared by microwave sintering. The microstructure of the sintered samples were observed by SEM, and the relative density of the samples was tested. The results show that after sintering at 1150℃ for 40 min, the functional coating with good microstructure and properties can be obtained.
