摘要
采用ANSYS软件"生死单元"技术,建立了同步送粉激光多道熔覆温度场数值模拟模型,并对45钢表面熔覆Ni60合金粉末进行了仿真,获得了熔覆过程的温度场,分析了基体预热对其的影响。结果表明:基体各点在熔覆过程中以固定的温度伴随着热源同步前移,形成准稳态温度场;其他工艺参数不变时,熔池温度场最高温度随基体预热温度的升高而非线性递增。
The numerical simulation model of temperature field of multi-pass laser cladding with a powder injector was established by birth and death of ANSYS software, and the process of laser cladding on 45 steel's surface with Ni60 alloy powder was simulated. The temperature field during the cladding process was obtained, and the influence of substrate preheating temperature on the temperatrue field was analyzed. The results show that each point's temperature keeps pace with the heat resource's move and the quasistationary temperature distribution is formed in process. When the other parameters are constant, the highest temperature of molten pool temperature field increases nonlinearly as substrate preheating temperature increases.
