摘要
此次2FZ28-21轻型闸板防喷器的研制是在以往设计经验的基础上,从轻量化设计的角度出发对闸板体结构、侧门开启方式、液缸结构进行设计方案的优化选择,并且参照相关标准要求,应用有限元分析方法对该闸板防喷器的主要承压件进行强度校核,设计出了一套全新的2FZ28-21轻型闸板防喷器。经轻量化设计后的轻型闸板防喷器比同型号普通型闸板防喷器整机的外形尺寸明显减小,整机减重49.7%,并且试制出的样机已通过了API 16A标准要求的各项试验,可满足作业现场的使用要求。
The development of 11-3000 psi light duty double ram BOP is combined with the previous design experiment, from the standpoint of light weight design concept we make optimization selection on design scheme of ram structure, bonnet opening method and hydraulic cylinder structure. And according to relevant standards, we use finite analysis method to its intensity check. A new type of 11-3000psi light-duty double ram BOP has been designed, which is smaller and 49.7% ligher than the common ram BOP in the same model. Its testing result reaches the demand of API 16A standard, and it can satisfy the requirement of field use.
