关于国际工程信息资源系统建设的思考

随着信息资源在企业资源结构中地位的提高,信息资源对企业的影响日益明显,并成为许多成功企业竞争优势的来源。未来的市场竞争就是信息资源的竞争,谁拥有信息资源,谁就拥有竞争力和主动权。然而,在我国大部分企业信息化建设进程中,信息资源并没有得到很好的开发与利用。所以,设计院在转型调结构的关键时期,应该将国际工程信息资源系统的建设提升到战略层面上,为设计院大力拓展国际市场和可持续发展提供方向和支撑。

With the advancement of information resources in the enterprise resource structure, the impact of information resources on the enterprise has become increasingly evident, and information resources become a source of competitive ad- vantage of many successful enterprises. The competition of information resources is future market competition, who owns in- formation resources, who will become competitive and initiative. However, in most of our enterprise information construction process, we did not get information resource development and utilization very well. So, engineering corporation should build an International Engineering Information Resource System in a critical transition period of structural adjustment, which should upgraded to the strategic level, to provide direction and support for the engineering corporation to vigorously expand the international market and sustainable development.
