摘要
随着经济全球化的不断发展,国内水电勘测设计企业业务从传统的水电勘测设计逐步拓展至交通、能源、环保等众多领域,业务范围涵盖勘测设计、工程总承包、投资运营等多个板块,企业规模不断发展壮大,企业面临的不确定性因素也日益增多,对企业的管控水平提出了更高的要求。本文基于风险内控的视角,深入分析了水电勘测设计企业面临的内外部形势,剖析了目前企业风险管控的薄弱环节,借鉴国外企业先进风险管理框架,提出了积极有效的发展思路。
With the continuous development of economic globalization,business of domestic hydropower investigation and design enterprizes have gradually extended from traditional hydropower investigation and design to many areas of transportation,energy,environmental protection. Business scope covers investigation and design,engineering general contracting,investment and operation,etc.,Enterprises seale continues to grow,enterprises uncertainty is also increasing,the level of corporate management and control should meet higher requirements. Based on the perspective of risk control,in-depth analysis of the internal and external situation of hydropower investigation and design enterprises is performed,the current enterprise risk management and control weaknesses is analyzed,Learning from foreign advanced enterprise risk management framework,positive and effective development ideas are presented.
