With the widespread application of international mega science projects,the use and protection of intellectual property in the process became the focus of attention.However,due to the limitations of the intellectual property system and the particularity of the international mega science projects,practical difficulties appeared in the field of intellectual property.Therefore,based on existing experience,we should extract the basic concepts and modes of operation for use and protection of intellectual property in the field of international mega science projects.This program not only provides both efficient behavior guidelines for mega science projects,but also provides a new perspective and ideas for the development of intellectual property rights theory.
