抗α烯醇化酶抗体在自身免疫性甲状腺炎中的表达 被引量:2

Expression of Alpha-enolase Specific Autoantibody in the Patients with Autoimmune Thyroiditis

摘要 目的对自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AIT)患者外周血抗α-烯醇化酶抗体(ENO1Ab)表达及其与抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)产生和甲状腺功能(甲功)变化的相关性进行分析。方法 ELISA检测患者抗ENO1总IgG及4种亚型滴度。罗氏E601检测患者甲功和TPOAb、TgAb。结果与非AIT患者相比,无论是甲功正常还是减退的AIT患者,其血清抗ENO1总IgG和IgG1、IgG2、IgG3亚型的滴度均显著升高,而IgG4水平无统计学差异。在AIT患者中,血清抗ENO1总IgG和4种亚型的滴度均未显示与血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、TPOAb、TgAb水平有明显相关,并且甲减组与甲功正常组相比,其滴度及血TPOAb、TgAb水平也无统计学差异。结论在甲状腺自身免疫反应中ENO1Ab的产生显著增加,但可能不是影响甲功的主要抗体。 Objective To investigate the expression of anti-ENO1 autoantibody(ENO1Ab)in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis(AIT)and explore its correlation with thyroid functions and the production of classical thyroid-specific autoantibodies,including anti-thyroperoxidase antibody(TPOAb)and anti-thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb). Methods Serum levels of ENO1-specific total IgG and four subclasses were determined by ELISA using recombinant ENO1 protein as coat antigen. Serum FT4,FT3,TSH,TPOAb and TgAb were measured on Roche E601. Results As compared with the controls,serum levels of ENO1-specific total IgG,IgG1,IgG2 and IgG3 wereallsignificantly increased in both AIT patients with euthyroidism and hypothyroidism. Among all the AIT patients,neither serum titer of ENO1-specific total IgG nor the four isotypes were significantly correlated with that of FT4,FT3,TSH,TPOAb or TgAb. There were no significant differences in serum titers of ENO1-specific total IgG between AIT patients with euthyroidism and hypothyroidism,as well as the TPOAb and TgAb. Conclusion The production of ENO1Ab can be obviously induced in thyroid autoimmune responses;however,it may not be the main pathogenic factor to affect thyroid economy.
