监狱干警组织支持感与抑郁倾向的关系:工作倦怠的中介作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨监狱干警组织支持感和抑郁症状的关系,以及工作倦怠在两者间的中介作用。为提高监狱干警的心理健康水平提供科学依据。方法于2011年3月至4月采用整群抽样方法对某省4所监狱的1 900名男监狱干警进行匿名问卷调查,收回有效问卷1 506份,有效回收率79.3%。结果监狱干警的组织支持感与抑郁症状呈显著的负相关,工作倦怠中的情感衰竭和消极怠慢与抑郁症状呈显著的正相关,成就感与抑郁症状呈显著的负相关。组织支持感与工作倦怠对抑郁倾向的变化解释度分别为14.1%和30.9%。结论组织支持感和工作倦怠对抑郁均有重要的预测作用,工作倦怠在组织支持感和抑郁的关系中起部分中介作用。 Objective To explore the relationship between perceived organizational support and depression,and the mediating role of job burnout among correctional officers,so as to provide scientific evidence for enhancing mental health of correctional officers. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out in 1 900 correctional officers from four prisons of one province by stratified cluster sampling method from March to April 2011. A total of 1 506 valid questionnaires were collected,with the effective response rate of 79.3%. Results perceived organizational support and personal accomplishment were negatively associated with depression,and emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were positively associated with it. Perceived organizational support and job burnout explained 14.1% and 30.9% of variance in depression. Conclusion Perceived organizational support and job burnout have an important prediction effect on depression,and the job burnout has a mediating effect between perceived organizational support and depression.
