双氧水发泡泡沫混凝土抗压强度与孔隙特征关系的研究 被引量:10

摘要 本试验运用图像分析法,研究双氧水发泡泡沫混凝土的抗压强度与孔隙特征的关系。研究结果表明:随着泡沫混凝土孔隙率的提高抗压强度呈线性下降,拟合公式为,相关系数为0.915。随着平均孔径的增大,泡沫混凝土抗压强度有下降的趋势。泡沫混凝土孔径〉410μm的气孔比率越小,孔径为170-410μm的气孔比率越大,最可几孔径越小,泡沫混凝土的抗压强度越大。孔隙率相近时,泡沫混凝土的最可几圆度值越小,其抗压强度越高。 The relationship between compressive strength and pore characteristics of foam concrete was studied using image analysis method.The results show that with the increase of the porosity of the foam concrete ,the compressive strength decreased linearly ,fitting formula was, the correlation coefficient was 0.915.With the increase of mean aperture, compressive strength of foam concrete tended to decrease. The smaller percentage of foam concrete pore ( 〉 410 μm) was, the larger percentage of pore ( 170- 410 μm) was, the smaller the most probable aperture was, the larger foam concrete compressive strength was. When the foam concrete porosity was close, the smaller the most probable roundness was, the higher the compressive strength was.
