摘要
研究了水胶比和胶凝材料组成与掺量对高强修补砂浆流动性、体积稳定性和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,当水胶比为0.22、水泥70%、硅灰10%、矿渣20%时,高强修补砂浆的流动性、体积稳定和力学性能良好,其拌合物流动度210 mm、线膨胀率为0.67×10^(-4)、抗压强度为114.6 MPa、抗折强度为22.9 MPa和抗拉黏结强度为2.72 MPa。
In this paper, the effects of water binder ratio and cementitious materials composition on the fluidity, volume stability and me- chanical properties of high strength repair mortar were studied.The results showed that high strength repair mortar had suitable fluidity, volume stability and mechanical properties when water binder ratio was 0.22 and cement:silica fume : superfine slag was 70:10:20.Mix- ture fluidity is 210 ram,Linear expansion rate 0.67 ×10-4, compressive strength 114.6 MPa, flexural strength 22.9 MPa, and Tensile bonding strength of high strength repair mortar were 2.72 MPa.
