摘要
采用哑铃型孔型结构,对复合轻集料混凝土自保温砌块的块型结构进行优化设计,使之受力合理。介绍了这种自保温砌块的制备工艺流程,并制备了复合轻集料混凝土自保温砌块,然后对其热工性能和物理力学性能进行分析和试验研究。制备的复合轻集料混凝土自保温砌块的空心率为54.1%,热阻为2.144(m^2·K)/W,密度为742.93 kg/m^3,抗压强度为3.96 MPa,满足严寒地区的外墙节能要求和物理力学性能要求,适宜推广应用。
With dumbbell - shaped hole structure, the block - type of composite lightweight aggregate concrete self - insulation blocks was designed to make it in reasonable force.It described the preparation process of composite lightweight aggregate concrete self - insu- lation blocks, and designed and fabricated the self - insulation blocks in the paper. And its thermal performance and mechanical perform- ance were studied in the test.The prepared composite lightweight aggregate concrete block has hollow rate of 54.1%, the thermal resist- ance of 2.144 ( m2 K)/W, a density of 742.93 kg/m3 , compressive strength of 3.96 MPa, meeting facades energy saving requirements and mechanical performance properties in cold regions.And the self - insulation blocks are appropriate for application.
