掺人工火山灰的海工混凝土配合比与抗Cl^-渗透性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用42.5级硫铝酸盐水泥配制可在海洋工程应用的快凝早强型混凝土。为降低其应用成本,采用等效替代水泥的方式掺加火山灰,通过正交试验方法考察火山灰掺量、砂率、水胶比来寻求满足C30混凝土强度要求的配合比。然后考察了该配合比下,混凝土的集料浆体比与坍落度、强度之间的关系,以及相应的抗氯离子渗透性能。研究表明,人工火山灰可降低其成本,并仍具有较好的强度和抗氯离子渗透性能。 In this paper,42.5 sulfur cement were used to prepare an early strength concrete which can be used in ocean engineering.To reduce the application costs, artificial pozzolan were used to replace the cement partly.pozzolan content, sand ratio, water - cement ratio were investigated by orthogonal test method to seek the optimal mix meeting the strength requirements of C30 concrete.Under the mix, the relationship between the ratio of concrete aggregate/slurry and slump or strength, and the corresponding resistance to chloride ion penetration were examined. Studies have shown that artificial volcano can reduce its costs and still has good strength and resistance to chloride ion permeability.
