中西医结合治疗182例分娩会阴损伤的临床观察

Clinical efficacy of Integrative treatment of postartum perineal wound

目的:观察中西医结合;治疗分娩会阴损伤的临床效果。方法:将364例阴道分娩并会阴损伤产妇随机分为对照组与观察组各182例。对照组产妇采用常规西药治疗;观察组产妇在此基础上联合口服本院自制中药麟医产后汤。对比观察其临床疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗3d与7d的VAS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后会阴伤口愈合程度显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗分娩会阴损伤能够显著减轻产妇疼痛程度,提高伤口愈合效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative treatment of postartum perineal wound. Methods364 patients of postartum perineal wound were randomly divided into control group and observation group( n = 182). The patients of control group used conventional western medicine,the patients of observation group combined with hospital postpartum self- prepared herbal party on the basis. Results The VAS score of observation group in 3d and 7d after treatment were Lower than control group,with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). The Degree of perineal wound healing in observation group were better than control group,with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of postartum perineal wound can significantly reduce the degree of pain,improve wound healing effect,worthy of application and promotion.
