摘要
目的:观察小儿推拿配合艾灸治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻的临床疗效。方法:选取40例脾虚型泄泻患儿,随机分成中医组和西医组各20例,中医组采取小儿推拿配合艾灸的方法,西医组进行药物治疗。结果:中医组和西医组患儿相比总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿配合艾灸治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of TCM therapy on pediatric diarrhea with the Pixu type. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases for each; one group was given TCM therapy, and another was given western medicine. Results The difference of recovery rate in two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion TCM on treating pediatric diarrhea achieved good effects, and was better for patients healthy than western medicine solo.
