摘要
目的:观察妇产科门诊实施优质护理服务的临床效果。方法:将妇产科门诊接诊的489例患者分为两组。对照组(236例)行常规护理,观察组(253例)在此基础上予优质护理服务,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率、不良事件发生率及投诉率分别为3.56%、0.79%、0.00%,较对照组均有下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者SAS评分与满意度评分分别为(39.62±5.13)分、(96.61±2.04)分,较对照组均明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:妇产科门诊实施优质护理服务可降低并发症、不良事件发生率及投诉率,改善患者心理状态,提高满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the measures and effect of implementing of high quality nursing service in obstetrics and gynecol- ogy department. Methods 489 cases of patients treated in the clinic of the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were divided into two groups. Patients in the control group (236 cases) were given routine nursing while pa- tients in the observation group (253 cases) were given high quality nursing service on the basis of the nursing in the control group. The effect of nursing in the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of complications, the incidence of adverse events and the rate of complaints in the observation were respectively 3.56%, 0. 79% and 0%, which decreased obviously compared with the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). In the observation group, patients with the SAS score and satisfaction score of the patients were respectively (39.62 ~5.13) points and (96. 61 ~2. 04) points, which were significantly improved compared with the control group (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service in obstetrics and gynecology department can reduce the incidence of complications, the incidence of adverse events and complaints, and also can improve the psychological state and the satisfaction of pa- tients, which is worthy of clinical application.
