摘要
利用正交试验的设计方法,采用静态腐蚀试验、电化学和扫描电镜的试验和检测方法对添加了不同含量B、Sn、Ce元素的HAl77-2铝黄铜的耐脱锌腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:B、Sn和Ce对提高HAl77-2铝黄铜的耐脱锌腐蚀性能都有一定的影响,影响程度顺序:B>Sn>Ce。其中,当添加量为0.05%B、0.5%Sn和0.15%Ce时,其耐脱锌腐蚀性能最佳。
Using orthogonal experiment design, the static corrosion test, electrochemical test and scanning e- lectron microscopy method to study the corrosion resistance of different contents of B, Sn, Ce element in HA177-2 aluminium brass. The results showed that B, Sn, Ce all have a certain influence to improve the corrosion resistance of HAt77-2 aluminium brass and the influence degree order is B〉Sn〉Ce. When adding 0.05 %B, 0. 5%Sn, 0. 15%Ce, its dezincification corrosion resistance performance is the strongest.
