缺血性脑卒中的治疗研究进展

Progress in research of the treatment of ischemic stroke

脑卒中具有高发病率、高致残率、高复发率和高死亡率的特点,是世界上最重要的致死性疾病之一。缺血性脑卒中占卒中患者总数的75%-85%。缺血性脑卒中的治疗方式主要包括手术治疗和药物治疗,其中改善脑血循环和神经保护是对缺血损伤病理干预的研究热点。文中简要介绍了缺血性脑卒中的手术治疗方式,重点综述了用于改善脑血循环的抗血栓治疗药物—溶栓药、抗血小板聚集药和抗凝血药的研究进展和市场格局,以及神经保护药物的研究现状,并对缺血性脑卒中的预防/诊治指南进行了简要总结,并探讨了今后治疗缺血性脑卒中的药物研发方向。

Stroke is one of the most important fatal diseases with high incidence,high morbidity,high recurrence rate and high mortality. Ischemic stroke accounts for 75% to 85% of stroke patients. Treatment of ischemic stroke mainly includes surgery and drug therapy. The hotspots in intervention of ischemic injury pathology are improvement of cerebral blood circulation and neuroprotection. In this paper,we briefly described the surgery,and highlighted advance and market structure about antithrombotic drugs for improving cerebral blood circulation.These drugs include thrombolytin drugs,anti-platelet aggregation drugs and anticoagulants. We also briefly summarized the research status on neuroprotective drugs,and prevention/treatment guidelines for ischemic stroke.Finally we discussed the direction of future research for drug therapy of ischemic stroke.
