自噬对Nrf2/ARE通路的调控及在肝脏疾病中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 近年来国内外基础与临床研究表明,自噬及Nrf2与肝脏疾病有密切的联系。此外,自噬和Nrf2在分子水平存在广泛联系,使两者相互作用,共同干预肝脏疾病的发展。且现代研究表明,自噬活性的改变,可以引起Nrf2/ARE通路的变化,这进一步提示自噬对Nrf2/ARE信号通路存在着调控作用。本文重点介绍了Nrf2/ARE通路与自噬的基本功能、激活及调控机制之间的联系,及其在肝脏疾病中的作用,以期为临床预防及治疗肝脏疾病提供新的思路。 In recent years,many domestic and international experiments,both basic and clinical,indicated that autophagy and Nrf2 are closely linked in liver diseases. Besides,a variety of molecular links exist between autophagy and Nrf2,and they are connected with each other to modulate the progress of liver disease. The modern research has indicated that change of autophagy activity will lead to the change of Nrf2/ARE pathway,suggesting that autophagy has a regulatory effect on the Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway. In this article we mainly introduced the basic function,the activation and the regulation mechanism of autophagy and Nrf2/ARE pathway,and their role and significance in liver disease. These new ideas will be useful for clinical prevention and treatment of liver diseases.
