摘要
研究目的:针对三个代表性的北京地铁车站工程进行多案例研究分析,重在揭示地铁车站工程施工变更的主要影响因素,以及对造成地铁车站施工变更的各影响因素之间的关系展开路径研究,以期为地铁车站工程施工管理提供理论支撑与实践指导。研究结论:(1)地铁车站工程施工变更的主要影响因素来自于三大方面:外部环境、内部条件及施工过程;(2)提出三大基本理论命题:外部环境是车站施工变更的主要诱因,内部条件是车站工程施工变更的根本原因,而施工过程是施工变更产生的基础;(3)分析了地铁车站施工变更影响因素之间的内部关联性,构建了地铁车站施工变更影响因素的三棱锥作用路径模型;(4)本研究成果可为地铁工程施工变更管理提供科学决策与应用实践参考。
Research purposes: In order to use the multiple case study for the analyze of three representatives project about Beijing subway station,it revealed the main factors about construction changes in subway station,and studied the affecting paths of the main factors on construction changes in subway station,with a view to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction management of subway station.Research conclusions:(1) The main factors of construction changes on subway station come from three aspects: the external environment,the internal conditions and the process of construction.(2) Made three basic theoretical propositions: the external environment is the major cause of station construction changes,the internal conditions are the fundamental reasons for the changes about station construction,and the process of construction is the basis of changes in construction.(3) Analysed the internal correlation of factors about the construction changes in subway station,and built the action path model of triangular pyramid about the factors of theconstruction change in subway station.(4) Thisresearch result can provide the reference to the scientific decision and application for the change management in subway projects.
