国家公园收费问题探析

Discussion on the Charge for National Park Service

文章从国家公园的性质和整体功能发挥方面阐述了国家公园的公益性质和可持续发展目标,从使用者付费、碳足迹消除、可持续性、绩效等方面对国家公园适度收费进行了探析。提出了国家公园允许收费可能产生的问题以及规避对策。

This paper discussed the public welfare and sustainable development target of National Park from the aspect of property and exertion of the whole function. The view that National Park Service should be charged appropriately was demonstrated through the payment of user, the elimination of carbon footprint, sustainability and the performance of National Park. And it proposed its possible problems and evading countermeasures.
