陕西省洋县食用菌产业发展现状及对策

The Investigation Report on Fungus Industry in Yang County, Shaanxi Province

基于实地问卷调查获取的146份有效样本农户数据,采用描述统计分析方法,分析洋县食用菌产业发展现状及存在问题。调研发现,样本社区食用菌产业发展有传统基础,对促进当地农户就业增收作用明显,73%左右农户对发展食用菌生产整体满意度给予了肯定。但是,由于受政策、技术和资源限制,洋县食用菌产业发展存在组织化和产业化水平低、科技投入少、基础设施差等方面问题。农户亟需政策、资金和技术等方面的支持,以实现食用菌产业的可持续发展。

Based on 146 household data collected by field questionnaire, the paper applies descriptive statistic method to analyze the current edible fungus industry and its related problems in Yang County. The investigation shows edible fungus industry in the surveyed community has traditional basis and contributes to the employment as well as raising income of the households. About 73 percent of the sampled households indicate positive evaluation of cultivating edible fungus in general. However, due to policy, technology and resource constrains, the edible fungus industry has problems on low level of organization and industrialization, scare technology investment, poor infrastructure and other aspects. Farmers are in urgent need of policy, financial and technology support to realize the sustainable development of edible fungus industry.
