建设监理企业地区优势度差异分析

Dominance degree disparities of chinese construction supervision enterprises

定义并测算建设监理企业资质水平指数(QI)以综合表征该类企业优势度的地区分布差异。探讨引起建设监理企业地区优势度差异的影响因素指标体系,借助偏相关分析分类考量31个省(区、市)的QI与各项影响因素之间的相关程度。研究表明建设监理企业优势度的地区分布不均衡,按经济发展水平梯度变化呈东强西弱的基本格局。偏相关系数的变化特征进一步揭示出建设监理企业的地区优势度差异主要取决于各地的技术市场活跃程度、专业化工程技术人员保有量以及建设监理行业协会组织的发达程度。

The qualification index（QI） of the Chinese construction supervision enterprises（CSEs） was defined and calculated so as to reach a comprehensive know ledge about the dominance degree disparities of CSEs among 31 provinces in China.Then,the possible reasons for the dominance degree disparities of CSEs at provincial scale were concluded in an influencing factors system which is consisted of 4 groups and the correlations of QI with influencing factors belonged to each group were detected by the partial correlation analysis.The results of this study indicate that： 1） The distribution of provincial dominance degrees of CSEs in China is unbalanced and the eastern provinces give a better performance than the middle and western ones.2） It is suggested that the activity of local technologic market,the amount of engineering technical professionals and the organizing level of local construction supervision associations are the most intimate determinants to the dominance degree disparities of the CSEs according to the partial correlation coefficients.
