摘要 目的 :研制一种适合于基层医疗机构使用的可连续不间断制供氧的小型医用制供氧系统。方法 :该小型医用制供氧系统依据变压吸附制氧及氧气增压技术建立制供氧工艺,应用Solid Works软件进行系统结构设计和模拟分析,采用可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)进行控制系统设计,样机试制成功后进行制供氧性能评价。结果:该小型医用制供氧系统可制备氧气并可增压供氧,产氧流量大于10 L/min,产氧体积分数大于90%,供氧压强可达0.38 MPa,其外型尺寸为537 mm×709 mm×880 mm,质量为91 kg,电源为AC220 V/50 Hz,功率为650 W(产氧)、900 W(制供氧)。结论:该小型医用制供氧系统既可产生常压氧气供患者自主呼吸或保健氧疗,又可对氧气增压供呼吸机、麻醉机使用,能够实现氧气的连续不间断供应,有效满足基层医疗机构的用氧需求。 Objective To develop a suitable uninterrupted medical small-size oxygen supply system for basic medical institutions. Methods Based on the working principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and oxygen compression technology, the medical small-size oxygen supply system was developed through the establishment of processes of oxygen generation and compression, the structure design and simulation analysis by SolidWorks software, and the control system design using programmable logic controller (PLC). The performance evaluations of oxygen generation and compression of the medical small- size oxygen supply system were also studied. Results With stable structure and high security, the medical smaU-size oxygen supply system could produce and offer oxygen with the flow more than 10 L/min, concentration more than 90% and supply pressure of 0.38 MPa. The external volume of the medical small-size oxygen supply system was 537 min×709 mm×880 mm, and the weight was 91 kg. The power supply was AC220 V/50 Hz. The power was 650 W for generating oxygen at normal pressure and 900 W for full running. Conclusion The medical small-size oxygen supply system can generate oxygen that supplies patients at normal pressure for direct breath or oxygen therapy, and can also generate oxygen at a higher pressure for breathing machine and anaesthesia machine. The medical small-size oxygen supply system can ensure uninterrupted oxygen supply, which effectively meets the demand of basic medical institutions for oxygen.
