Development of mercurial sphygmomanometer measurement platform and supplementary mercury adding instrument

目的 :研制一种带有汞金属防护功能并能够实现为血压计精确添加水银的质量控制装置。方法 :该装置由检测平台、血压计水银标准添加台、血压计水银标准加注器组成,利用真空泵抽离密封空间内的汞蒸气,并对其进行无害化处理,达到降低汞金属危害至最小的效果。结果:该装置将汞金属与计量检定人员完全隔离,方便工作人员计量检测、维护保养的同时,保证了其人身安全。结论:该装置设计合理,对水银血压计计量检测人员及环境的防护效果明显,提高了工作效率及安全性。

Objective To develop a quality control device to add mercury precisely to the sphygmomanometer and provide protection against mercury. Methods The platform was composed of a measurement platform as well an operating stand and an instrument for adding mercury. The mercury vapor in the sealed space was extracted with a vacuum pump and then underwent depollution procession to protect the staffs and environment. Results The platform facilitated the operation of the staffs, while isolated them away from mercury. Conclusion The platform protects the staffs for mercurial sphygmomanometer verification, and enhances the working efficiency and safety.
