摘要 目的 :为射线治疗专用的体模板设计一种定位卡销,使其能快捷、稳固地将体模板安放在射线机治疗床上,并能轻松脱卸。方法:根据销孔的结构尺寸,确定卡销为圆锥形,并确定锥形销大头的直径、厚度、斜边与水平间夹角、固定锥形销的螺钉直径的尺寸,最后用尼龙材料制造卡销,将其安装在体模板的合适位置上。结果:装有圆锥形卡销的体模板能被快捷地安放,平均每次耗时≤10 s;体模板在安放后水平侧向滑动很小,为0~2 mm;拆卸时只需微抬体模板的一侧即可轻松完成。结论:安装了圆锥形卡销的体模板能很好地满足临床使用,完全达到了设计要求。 Objective To develop a positioning bayonet lock to fix the phantom plate of actinotherapy to the treatment table, which can be discharged easily. Methods Considerations were taken on the size of the hole to determine the shape of the pin as a cop, and then the diameter and thickness of the lock head, the included angle between the hypotenuse and horizontal line as well as the diameter of the lock screw were made clear. The bayonet lock was made of nylon, and was placed at the phantom plate. Results The phantom plate with the bayonet lock could be fixed rapidly, with the time consumed not more than 10 s. The placed phantom plate had the horizontal slide more than 2 ram, which could be discharged by raising the plate slightly. Conclusion The positioning bayonet lock developed for the phantom plate meets the desired requirements.
