所见即所得医学诊断报告系统的研究与开发

Development of WYSIWYG medical diagnostic report system

目的 :研究所见即所得报告系统,使诊断报告的显示、编辑等界面效果与打印效果一致。方法 :对报告所用控件进行设计并实例化,把控件公共参数抽取为基类,控件不同参数放置在子类,并利用可扩展标记语言(extensible markup language,XML)对控件参数进行保存,并把相关数据存入Oracle数据库。结果 :医生通过所见即所得医学诊断报告系统,可以直接在可视化界面上编辑报告,包括文本编辑和增减图像等操作,报告显示效果和打印效果一致。结论:该系统解决了显示与打印一致性问题,最终使用效果达到设计目的。

Objective To develop a WYSIWYG report system to make the interfaces of display, editing and etc consistent with the printed report. Methods The controls involved in the report were designed and instantiated, and the common parameters of the controls were taken into the base class, and the individualized ones were into the sub class. XML was used to store the control parameters, and saved relative data into Oracle database. Results The system enabled the doctor to edit the text and image of the report in an visualized interface, with the report displayed just the same as printed. Conclusion This system realizes the consistency of report displaying and printing.
