人体肥胖指数与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨新人体测量学指标-人体肥胖指数(BAI)与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法:413例2型糖尿病患者,以是否患糖尿病肾病分为糖尿病肾病组(DN组)和非糖尿病肾病组(NDN组)。比较不同组间的BAI差异,采用Logistic回归分析BAI与糖尿病肾病的相关性。结果:DN组病程、BAI、平均动脉压(MBP)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)、纤维蛋白原均明显高于NDN组(P<0.01)。偏相关分析表明DN与BMI、BAI、MBP、Hb A1C、UA、FIB呈显著正相关(P<0.05);与HDL-C呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析表明,病程、MBP、Hb A1C、FIB、BAI是糖尿病肾病的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:DN组BAI高于NDN组,BAI与2型糖尿病肾病相关,BAI是糖尿病患者合并DN的危险因素。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the new index of anthropometry, called body adiposity index(BAI), and diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Four hundred and thirteen type 2 diabetic patients were divided into diabetic nephropathy group(DN group) and non-diabetic nephropathy group(NDN group). Differences in BAI between the two groups were compared. Logistic regression was used to analysis the correlation between BAI and DN. Results: Compared with NDN group, the course of disease, BAI, mean arterial pressure(MBP), glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1C) and fibrinogen increased significantly in DN group(P〈0.01). Partial correlation analysis revealed that there were positive correlations between DN and BMI, BAI, MBP, Hb A1 C, UA, FIB(P〈0.05), and negative correlation between DN and HDL-C(P〈0.01). Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that the course of disease, MBP, Hb A1 C, FIB, BAI were risk factors of DN(P〈0.05). Conclusion: BAI is higher in DN group than in NDN group. A positive correlation could exist between DN and BAI. BAI may be a risk factor of DN in patients with diabetes mellitus.
