选择"番禹足球伤害案""闸北足球伤害案""浦东足球伤害案"3个典型的社会足球伤害案件,对致伤情形中行为人运用运动技术的具体细节进行分析。认为:法院审理查明的致伤情形事实有限,致伤细节比较模糊。由此提出"合规性问题审查"这一体育法论域的概念。具体到社会足球伤害案件的质证环节,必须确立运动技术规则的重要地位,充分考虑致伤情形与事实中行为人运用运动技术的合规性问题,建立运动技术合规性问题审查程序,经过控辩双方的充分质证,完成经受专业和历史检验的判例。

By selecting three typical social football injury cases,including ＂Panyu Football Injury Case＂,＂Zhabei Football Injury Case＂and＂Pudong Football Injury Case＂,this paper analyzed and discussed the specific details of the doers,w ith the uses of sport techniques in these injury cases. It concluded that it w as limited in the facts of the injury circumstances found out by the court and the injury details w ere relatively vague. Based on this,it presented the concept of ＂review of compliance＂in the domain of sports law.When it comes to the cross-examination of social football injury cases,the important role of sport technique rules must be established,taking a full account of the sport technique compliance of the doers in injury cases and facts and building review procedures of sport technique compliance. In this w ay,the legal precedent can be completed w hich can w ithstand professional and historical tests after full cross-examination of the tw o parties.
