摘要
以环氧树脂E-44与亚麻酸反应生成环氧酯,将其与亚麻酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、苯甲酸、三羟甲基丙烷、顺丁烯二酸酐等进行酯化反应合成基础醇酸树脂,再用丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯对其进行改性,得到一种水性醇酸树脂。采用红外光谱、粒径分析、透射电镜和热重分析研究了产物的结构、粒径和热稳定性以及环氧树脂和丙烯酸用量、终点酸值、中和度对树脂性能的影响。结果表明,改性水性醇酸树脂的最佳合成条件如下:环氧树脂E-44添加质量分数为9%~14%,丙烯酸质量分数7%,终点酸值(KOH)40~50 mg/g,中和度为80%。在该条件下制备出的水性醇酸树脂粒径分布均匀,具有良好的硬度、附着力、水溶性和耐水性。
The epoxy-ester was prepared by the reaction of epoxy resin E-44 and linolenic acid and then the based alkyd resin was synthesized by the esterification of the epoxy-ester,linolenic acid,phthalic anhydride, benzoic acid,trimethylolpropane and maleic anhydride. Then the based alkyd resin was modified by the acrylic acid,methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate and styrene. The modified waterborne alkyd resin was obtained. The structure,partical size and thermal stability of the product resin and the effects of the amount of epoxy resin and acrylic acid,terminal acid value and neutralization degree on the properties of the resins were investigated by the infrared spectroscopy,particle size analysis,TEM and TGA. The results showed that epoxy modified water-borne alkyd resin with high hardness,good adhesion,water dispersion and water resistance was obtained under the conditions as followed: the epoxy resin E-44 amount 9%-14%,acrylic acid amount 7%,terminal acid value 40~50 mg(KOH)/g and eneutralization degree 80%.
