摘要
由烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯乳液共聚合成了APEG改性丙烯酸酯乳液。通过红外光谱,吸水率和力学性能测试及热重分析等研究了APEG用量对乳液性能及其固化膜性能的影响。结果表明:APEG添加质量分数由0增加到10%时,乳液的凝胶率从3.2%降低到0.5%,力学稳定性和钙离子稳定性增加,聚丙烯酸酯固化膜的耐水性能、拉伸强度、邵氏硬度和抗摩擦性能降低,而断裂伸长率和热稳定性能提高。在乳液中加入六亚甲基异氰酸酯三聚体固化剂后,其与APEG所含的端羟基发生交联反应,各项性能得到显著改善。
The acrylate emulsions modified with allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG) were synthesized by emulsion copolymerization of APEG, methyl methacrylate(MMA) and butyl acrylate(BA). The effects of APEG content on the properties of emulsions and cured films were investigated by IR, testings of water absorption and mechanical properties and thermal gravimetric analysis. The results showed that gel fraction of the the emulsions was decreased from 3.2% to 0.5% with the increasing of APEG mass fraction from 0 to 10%.The mechanical stability and calcium ions stability were increased. The water resistance, tensile strength, Shore hardness and friction resistance of the cured polyacrylate film were decreased and the elongation at break and thermal stability were improved. After adding hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer curing agent in the emulsions, the crosslinking reaction was occured between hexamethylene diisocyanate and the terminal hydroxyl contained in APEG and the performance was significantly improved.
