摘要
实行责任督学挂牌督导是转变政府管理职能、加强对学校监督指导的重要举措。江阴市人民政府教育督导室积极创新和完善挂牌督导机制,从服务和助推江阴教育优质、均衡发展的大局出发,建立了责任督学挂牌督导运行的新常态,建构了责任督学挂牌督导深化的新机制,优化了教育行政管理方式,促进了教育教学质量提升,形成了教育督导特色文化,提高了群众的教育满意度。
Duty supervision of school education is important for changing government＇s duties and strengthening supervision -guidance. Jiangyin people＇s government＇s education supervision actively innovates and improves appointed supervision system, establishes the new normal of duty supervisors, and constructs the new mechanism of appointed supervision. Resultantly, educational administration has been optimized, the quality of teaching and education promoted, distinctive culture of educational supervision formulated, and the degree of public satisfaction enhanced.
