School culture is the soul of a school and also the main power of uniting, cultivating and branding. Establishing the core culture of education through humanity is necessary for improving excellent traditional culture, integrating school developmental dynamism, and fulfilling the essential task of moral cultivation. Thus, ＂putting others on one＇s mind＂ is the exact expression of the core creed of humanity at present. To achieve the goal of internalization and externalization, we must take corresponding strategies such as school culture construction, course learning, autonomous administration, and teachers＂ development.
