随着中国水电开发事业的不断推进,一系列世界级水电工程和高坝大库逐步在国内建成,水电站大坝安全管理风险和压力也上升到了新的高度。水电站大坝安全信息化建设是大坝安全管理的重要手段,根据雅砻江流域梯级电站的开发进程,雅砻江公司统筹规划、分步实施流域大坝安全信息化建设,实现了流域化的大坝安全信息管理,对大坝安全管理创新起到了推动作用。
