Duchenne型肌营养不良症:2c型纤维与肌卫星细胞的定量研究

摘要 本文应用组织化学及电镜技术对12例2~13岁的Duchenne型肌营养不良症(DMD)的2c型纤维出现频率、单位横切面肌纤维卫星细胞核数(SCN/MF)、卫星细胞核与肌膜下核百分比(SCN/SSN)及2c型纤维的出现频率与SCN/SSN之间的相互关系进行研究。结果表明,2c型纤维的出现频率似有随年龄增大而减少的趋势(r=-0.75,P<0.005);SCN/MF和SCN/SSN则与年龄无明显相关性;2c型纤维的出现频率与SCN/SSN之间亦无明显相关性,但DMD组SCN/MF及SCN/SSN均较对照组明显为高(P<0.001),尤以6~9岁增高更显著。本文对DMD的肌再生障碍的机制进行了讨论。 The incidence of type 2C fibers,the mean number of satellite cell nuclei per single cross-sectioned muscle fiber(SCN/ MF), the ratio of satellite cell nuclei to subsarcolemmal nulei (SCN/SSN) and the relationship between, the incidence of type 2C fibers and SCN/SSN were studied in muscle biopsy specimens from 12 cases with DMD, aged from 2 to 13 years. The results showed that the incidence of type 2C fibers tended to decr- ease with age and significantly correlated to patient age (r=0.75, P<0.005). There was no significant correlation among SCN/MF, SCN/SSN and the patient age. There was also no significant correlation between the incidence of type 2C fibers and SCN/SSN. But SCN/MF and SCN/SSN in DMD, especially at the age of 6 to 9, were higher than those in controls (P<0.001) . The mechanism of muscle regeneration disturbance in DMD was discussed.
