摘要
目前修建铁路尽端式站台所依据的设计标准和技术要求已沿用40多年,且从未进行过修订。随着铁路技术装备和运输条件的发展变化,既有铁路尽端式站台一些技术要求已不再适应现实使用要求。文章通过对铁路尽端式站台存在的几个影响站台使用安全性和方便性缺陷的分析,结合现在的技术需求,从站台高度尺寸、车钩及缓冲装置选型安装、站台变坡点设置、结构圬工等几个方面对铁路尽端式站台设计、改造提出新的建议,解决了站台与平板车配合不好、车钩及缓冲装置淘汰落后、站台斜坡变坡点通过性不足、站台圬工结构性差等问题,在确保铁路尽端式站台本身可靠性的同时,极大提高其通过能力、安全性和作业效率。综合所述,绘制出新的铁路尽端式站台施工图。实践中,按新的设计图进行施工、改造的铁路尽端式站台,使用效果较好。
The design standards and specifications for the railway stub-end-type platform construction have been used for more than 40 years and have never been revised. With the development of the railway technical equipment and transportation conditions,some technical requirements of the existing railway stub-end-type platform no longer meet the current operation requirements. In this article,some shortcomings which affect the safety and convenience of using platform are analyzed,and combined with present technical requirements,like platform height,coupler and draft gear's selection and installation,grade change point,masonry structure and so on,new suggestions on design and improvement of stub-end-type platform are put forwardwhich changed the defectslike inadequate fit between the platform and the flats,coupler and draft gear's elimination,carrying capacity insufficiency of grade change point,structural difference of platform masonry and so on. While the reliability of railway stub-end-type platform is ensured,its carrying capacity,safety and efficiency are enormously increased. In conclusion,new construction drawing of railway stub-end-type platform is drawn. In practice,application effect of platform constructed or improved according to new engineering drawings is better.
