滨北线松花江公铁两用桥主桥设计 被引量:5

摘要 既有滨北线钢桁梁病害较多,且铁路原设计荷载、限界及通航净空标准低,加之公路交通量不断增加和超载超限车辆剧增,既有桥已不再满足使用功能,须尽快改建。结合改建工程的总体设计,经过桥位位置、建设规模、主要技术标准及主桥桥式方案的比选,正桥采用(96+2×144+96)m四跨连续刚桁梁方案跨越松花江,公铁合建,铁路双线,公路双向8车道,荷载较大。改建桥与两岸既有铁路衔接,市政道路北岸与松北区规划路相接,南岸与江南城区规划街相接。工程实施后,将大大提高铁路运输能力,并将在哈尔滨主城区和松北新区之间形成一条快速通道,对哈尔滨市松北新区的发展起到积极作用。文章对主桥桁式方案、主桁杆件选取、公路桥面、铁路桥面、联结系等构造细节进行论述,并进行了优化设计,同时介绍了主桁的预拱度设置及钢桁梁结构静力分析结果。 Considering the diseases of the existing steel truss girder of Bin Bei railway line,and low standard of original design load,gauge and navigable clearance,in addition,the increase of traffic volume and the increase of overload vehicle,the existing bridge has not been suggested to use and must be rebuilt as soon as possible. Combined with the overall design of the reconstruction project,on the comparison of bridge position,construction scale,main technical standards and main bridge styles,( 96 + 2 × 144 + 96) m 4-span continuous rigid truss girder is used for the main bridge,rail-cum-road bridge,double- track railway,eight lanes road in two directions,large load. The rebuilt bridge is connected with the existing railway both sides,the north shore of municipal road of is connected with the planning road of Songbei area,the south bank is connected with the planning street of Jiangnan area. After the execution of the project,the railway transport capacity is greatly improved. A fast channel will be formed between the main city of Harbin and the new district of Songbei area,which has played a positive role in the development of Songbei new district of Harbin. In this paper the main truss scheme,selection of main girder,the road deck and the railway deck,the coupling system and so on are optimal designed. Pre-camber setting and results of static analysis of steel truss girder are introduced.
