摘要 脑血管痉挛（cerebral vasospasm，cvs）和迟发性脑缺（delayed cerebral ischemia，DCI）是动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage，aSAH）最常见的两大并发症。
