摘要
目的:探索有效的方式,促进医学生早期建立职业感、培养职业素质、提高专业兴趣。方法:在低年级医学生中开设眼科体验教学,学生自主报名,通过设置多样的眼科教学体验方法,如眼科显微手术体验课、眼科医院转转看、医学人文小讲坛、我和眼科医生面对面、眼科科研早知道等眼科体验教学活动,设计调查问卷分析效果。结论:体验教学有助于医学生早期培养职业素养,积极促进了学生对专业的兴趣,是医学生早期建立职业感、培养职业素质、提高专业兴趣极有效的方式之一。
Objective: to help students gain a professional perspective and qualities and a sense of their future occupation. Method: a number of activities that are conducive to fostering their sense of professional identity were carried out. Conclusion: experiential teaching can foster interests in learning and build professional identity.
