摘要
目的:探讨团队合作学习在高职护理护理综合技能实训教学中的作用。方法:随机抽取2012级高职护理专业两个班共97名护生为实验组,采取团队合作的方式进行教学。另两个班共97名护生作为对照组,采取"示范-模仿"式的传统教学方法进行教学。结果:两组护生理论技能成绩、学习的积极性和主动性、人际沟通能力、理论联系实际能力、综合能力、团队意识、分析问题和解决问题的能力、专业热爱程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团队合作学习提高了教学效果,提高了护生的综合能力,同时也促进了教师的主动学习。
Objective: To find out the effects of using cooperative learning in the lab sessions of teaching comprehensive nursing skills for vocational students. Methods: 97 nursing students of class 2012 participated a controlled trial. Results: the two groups were significantly dif- ferent ( P 〈 0.05) in areas such as test results, motivation, interpersonal communication skills, abilities to apply knowledge to practice, com- prehensive abilities, team spirit, problem solving skills and their passion for nursing. Conclusion: cooperative learning can improve learning outcome and encourage teachers to learn.
