摘要
为探讨TBL-CBL教学法在临床生化检验实验中的教学效果,将我校2011级医学检验本科生随机分组,实验组采用TBL-CBL教学法,对照组行传统授课,并进行成绩比较。实验组成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),说明该方法有助于改善教学效果。
To improve learning outcome for the course of clinical biochemical, medical inspection undergraduates of class 2011 participat- ed a randomized controlled trial. Test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05). The new approach can improve learning outcome.
