摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在口腔临床护士岗前培训中的具体实施及应用效果。方法:选拔带教教师并进行PBL培训,选取新入职护士18人,以PBL教学方法培训,培训结束后发放PBL满意度调查问卷及自主学习能力调查问卷。结果:新护士对PBL教学的总体满意度为100%,参加PBL学习后新护士的自主学习能力提高。结论:新护士满意PBL教学法,此法可以提高新护士的自主学习能力,并为带教老师及新护士的培训带来了双赢的结果。
objective: to find out the effects of using PBL for the pre-job training of dental nurses. Method: clinical preceptors were train- ing to use PBL. 18 newly employed nut, s were trained using PBL. At the end of the training, they completed questionnaires to find out their satisfaction with the learning experience and their ability of self-directed learning. Results: overall, the nurses were 100% satisfied with their learning experience. They also said their self-directed learning has improved. Conclusion: the PBL method brings benefits for new nurses and their preceptors as well.
